2. Are your products 100% authentic Banarasi silk?
Yes. Every product we sell is handwoven by certified Banarasi artisans using genuine silk and zari. Each piece meets strict quality and authenticity standards.
3. Do you have a physical store?
We currently operate online but ship across India . (my physical store address is : Office-1, Near: GJ Public School

4. How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, choose your product, click “Add to Cart,” then proceed to checkout, fill in your details, and complete secure payment.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept COD and Online (comming soon).

Yes. All payments are processed through SSL-encrypted and RBI-compliant secure payment gateways. Your financial details are never stored on our servers.
7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel before shipment.

Yes, we deliver across India through reliable courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, and India Post.
9. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to india. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
10. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Within India: 5–7 business days.
(Delays may occur during holidays or courier issues.)
11. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. Return requests must be raised within 7–10 days of delivery, and items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
